ICCF Pakistan started a youth leadership program in November 2016. The main objective of the program is to build leadership skills among youth members through seminars, conferences and workshops. They invite international and local  trainers/teachers to impart leadership skills among youth from different villages (Help is seldom brought to the remote villages unlike the major cities). In less than one year, the leadership program held four conferences. The topics studied included: Vision, Mission, Goals relative to how they will become good ethical kind leaders in their communities. The youth members opinions were canvassed after each conference in the district of Faislabad, and the responses were very positive.  The members of the Leadership Program are excited to see how to Celebrate Christmas in a way that will bring the community together in a Muslim country.
